Our beloved annual Walkathon event is going to be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 9am to 2pm! There will be food, carnival games, friends and of course lots of walking. More information including sign up sheets can be found at the Walkathon webpage. Questions? Email us.

OUSD has released the revised calendar for the 2024-25 school year. Note the new first day of school will be Monday, August 12, 2024.

Missoula Children’s Theatre will be returning to Hillcrest in January 2024 for a production of Beauty Lou and the Country Beast! There will be auditions on Monday Jan 22, after-school rehearsals all week for students who are cast, and two free shows for the community on Saturday Jan 27. More information will be sent home in January, but if your child already knows they want to audition, online permission slips are now available on the MCT webpage. Questions? Email here.

Skip a day of packing lunch and sign your 4th through 8th grader up for the Spring session of Pizza Friday before the Jan 12, 2024 deadline! On Fridays from 1/19/24-5/17/24, participants will enjoy a pizza lunch while supporting our Middle School. Hey, Hillcrest – I Want My MTV! The Annual Hillcrest Benefit & Auction is happening on Saturday evening November 4th, 2023 at the Claremont Hotel. This beloved event is one of our most important fundraisers that supports the many staff positions and programs funded by the Hillcrest PTA that enrich the education and experience of all students at Hillcrest. This year’s theme ROCKS… attendees dress up in their own creative interpretations of I Want My MTV! Think iconic music videos, pop, rock, and hip-hop stars, VJs, reality franchises… all are welcome! School tours for 2024-25 prospective families will be in person this year, along with one virtual option. You will have the opportunity to meet Principal McCormick and tour Hillcrest (please note tours are for parents only). Tours will be on Nov 15 & Dec 13, 2023 and Jan 16, 2024 at 9am and 10am and Jan 22 at 9:15am and 10:15am. One virtual tour will be held via Zoom on Jan 11, 2024 from 6:45-7:45pm. The Fall 2023 Hillcrest Swag Drive has officially launched! Purchases must be placed online by the Friday August 25, 2023 deadline.
