Hillcrest is a school that celebrates diversity and has committed a great deal of resources to provide an academic experience to support the whole child. We encourage students to respect each others’ opinions and perspectives. Hillcrest has been selected as a prestigious Blue Ribbon School, one of only 279 in the nation.
The Lake Run Schedule is now available. Lake Runs for the First Grade will start after the winter break.
Dr. Sherry would like to to remind families that many of our students have food allergies and in some cases severe food allergies. When you are bringing food and snacks to school please be mindful of allergies in the classrooms and we encourage parents to be familiar with OUSD’s Healthy Food Polices.
Principal Segura would like to clarify that on weeks when Monday is a Holiday, there will be no morning circle for the week, and any birthdays or other relevant items will be pushed to the Morning Circle the following Monday. This will allow teachers to maximize instructional time during short weeks.
