Dear Hillcrest Families,
Annual school photos are coming up! Please mark your calendars and have your children dressed and ready for their photo day! Each year we are in need of 2 parent volunteers per day (8:30 – 11:30). Volunteers get a free photo package per child, per day of volunteering. These volunteer spots usually fill quickly. Please e-mail bradleymart@att.net to sign up. Here is the schedule:

9:30 -10:30 Rochester (Kindergarten)
10:30 – 11:30 Dyer (4th grade)

8:35 – 9:30 Shogren (Kindergarten)
9:30 – 10:30 Jardine (1st grade)
10:30 – 11:30 Weinberg (4th grade)
Wed. 9/21
8:35 – 9:30 Buswell (2nd grade)
9:30 – 10:30 Bahr (3rd grade)
10:30 – 11:30 TomSun (5th grade)
Thurs. 9/22
8:35 – 9:30 Harp (2nd grade)
9:30 – 10:30 Nelson (3rd grade)
10:30 – 11:45 7th grade [have all of the 7th grade teachers come down to be part of the 7th grade group photo]
Fri. 9/23
8:35 – 9:30 Staniford (5th grade)
9:30 – 10:45 6th grade [have all of the 6th grade teachers come down to be part of the 6th grade group photo]
10:45 – 12:00 8th grade [have all of the 8th grade teachers come down to be part of the 8th grade group photo]
12:00 – 1:00 pm [non-teaching staff and PTA staff unless otherwise arranged plus any students still needing to be photographed]
