It’s the easiest way to earn money for our school! Each year, Hillcrest earns thousands of dollars by partnering with businesses that contribute a portion of their proceeds to our school when we shop or dine there. We encourage you to support these businesses and help raise valuable dollars for Hillcrest.
We ask that every family help us in our fundraising goals by participating in these programs. Consider making it a family effort by recruiting grandparents and friends – anyone throughout the country can participate in these programs to benefit our PTA. Sports Basement
Are you looking to buy sports gear or camping gear? You can support Hillcrest by becoming a Basementeer! Sports Basement‘s “loyalty” program gives savings to its customers and gives back to the community. Basementeer’s receive 10% off every item every day and 10% of profits go back to Hillcrest. Sign up to support Hillcrest Elementary today for a one time $25 dollar fee, good for 10% off for life, and 10% of profits coming back to the school.

Dine-out Nights
During the school year, Hillcrest coordinates six nights (~ once a month) where a local restaurant hosts a Dine-out Night. The restaurant will give back a portion of the night’s purchases from Hillcrest families to the school.
Farmstead Cheeses & Wines – Mark your calendars! Please join us for a dine out event Friday, November 22 to Sunday, November 24, 2024, at either location of Farmstead Cheeses & Wines (6218 La Salle Ave, Oakland, CA 94611 or 1650 Park St, Alameda, CA 94501). Farmstead will donate 10% of all proceeds to Hillcrest. Community members need to mention Hillcrest for us to receive credit, and the fundraiser applies to both Farmstead locations. Please help us take advantage of this fundraising event by visiting and stocking up for the holidays during these three days. Enjoy their extensive cheese and wine offerings while supporting all of the things you love about our school.

Oakland Roots
Come enjoy some outdoor fun with friends and family!
