In the wake of our “new normal” Red Boy Pizza has partnered with us to continue our Pizza Friday fundraising tradition, re-imagined to PIZZA MONDAYS. Perfect for a family pizza night, or kid’s lunches for the week. This re-imagined event is available for ALL GRADES. Proceeds from the PIZZA MONDAY fundraiser will go directly to the PTA and support all grades. We will be serving Red Boy Pizza, with 6 varieties to choose from, in either Regular or Gluten Free.
Dates for the Fall Semester: 10 Mondays – every Monday from February 8, 2021 to May 3, 2021 (No pick-up February 15, March 29 or April 5 due to holidays/Spring Break)
Participants will pick up their pizza from Hillcrest drop-off lane between 6:00-6:30pm and enjoy a pizza night while supporting our School!
We will have gloved / physically distanced hand-off of your pizza in front of the school.

The order deadline is Friday February 5th for a 10-week session starting Monday February 8th, 2021.
Hillcrest’s biggest fundraiser of the year, our annual auction, is now underway at https://hillcrestauction2020.ggo.bid! This year’s online-only affair features perennial favorites like wine and in-person parties, and introduces new categories like virtual events and at-home experiences. Additionally, any Raise Your Paddle donation this year will enter you into the raffle for our Pandemic Survival Kit: over 40 bottles of wine, a Nintendo Switch for the kids, a $150 Doordash gift card, $200 in gift cards to local restaurants, and a Trader Joe’s snack pack.
The funds we raise this week will pay for our beloved staff, critical curriculum and school supplies, and important programs like library, art, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts, so please give whatever you can!

If you participated in the 2019 online auction: Log in and you’ll be prompted to confirm your online bidding setup and re-enter your credit card information.
If you didn’t participate in the 2019 online auction: You’ll be prompted to sign up and your email should be verified within an hour.
When you register, you’ll be asked to provide a valid credit card but you won’t be automatically charged. Once the auction ends, we’ll send you a final invoice of your purchases for review and you’ll be able to pay via check or credit card.

The auction opens for registration and preview on Monday, November 9th. Bidding will begin Tuesday, November 10th at 8:30am.
All bidding is anonymous! (You’ll be assigned a bidder number when you register.)
Virtual parties are being sold at a fixed price this year (available just until sold out!) so don’t miss out on the opportunity to secure your spot! (Those are listings #301-318.)
In-person parties will be shown as one listing per available spot (e.g., if a party can accommodate 10 individuals, it’ll be shown as 10 different listings). Choose one to bid on, or “favorite” all available spots to keep an eye on the price.

Parents, a huge thank you to everyone who participated in our annual PTA donation drive! We are excited to inform you that over 70% of Hillcrest families participated. We are wholeheartedly grateful for your generosity and kindness during this difficult time. While we conclude this donation drive with a big success, you can still make a tax-free donation anytime by sending us a check or online. Thank you!
The Hillcrest Virtual Library is open for searching, browsing, and borrowing books. You can pick up reserved books from the “on the yard” low contact check out. Return books during “on the yard” exchange or to the campus 24-hour book drop. See the *NEW* Library Website for much more information.
The Hillcrest Community Care Fund provides bridge relief to Hillcrest community members facing unexpected hardships. To request aid, contact a teacher, the principal, the mental health specialist, or another member of the staff. To donate, click here. More information can be found at hillcrestcommunitycarefund.org.
The 2020-21 Swag Drive is ending! Order online and show your school spirit before the deadline of Friday, Aug 21, 2020. Note that this is the only opportunity to buy Hillcrest apparel during the school year – we only order what is purchased. More information can be found here, and items will be available for pick up in early October. There are lots of new items this year for both kids and adults, and 100% of proceeds benefit the Hillcrest PTA. Go Cardinals!

The Hillcrest calendar can be added to many mobile phones by clicking HERE. The Annual Giving Campaign is here! It is one of our school’s biggest fundraisers of the year. Your donations fund various programs that nurture our kids everyday, such as Mental Health Therapist, Distance Learning Platforms, Reading Specialist, Library, and Spanish. Our children need these programs more than ever during this pandemic, so that they can continue to learn lifelong skills that enable them to participate and contribute to the community. The suggested donation amount is $500 per student this year, but participation at any level is welcome. Donations can be made by cash, check, or online, and are tax deductible.
